Historical Research Associates, Inc. (HRA)  Established in the early 1970s, HRA offers a broad range of cultural resources management, historic preservation planning, historical research, litigation support, and other services to clients throughout the United States. By uniting the resources of these two widely recognized regional firms, Gray & Pape has worked closely with HRA through joint ventures and teaming opportunities since 1997, making it possible to provide expertise and project abilities to serve clients at a national level. Together, this partnership enjoys a reputation with both public and private sector clients for completing complex and sensitive projects to the highest professional standards. We offer the skill and resources from 20 offices nationwide and more than 150 employees.

Diné Gray & Pape  Diné Gray & Pape is a non-populated tribal 8(a) joint venture between the BRIC, LLC, a subsidiary of the Diné Development Corporation, wholly owned by the Navajo Nation, and Gray & Pape Heritage Management, Inc.. The BRIC is an SBA 8(a) Certified, Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB), providing professional science and technical services based in Albuquerque, NM, with 36 employees and $4.5M in revenue projected for 2019. The firm has 25 years of experience in providing professional services in CRM & natural resources, environmental compliance, operations & maintenance, and technology. Gray & Pape is a small-business enterprise with over 35 years’ experience specializing in a CONUS/OCONUS practice that delivers cultural heritage management services to our public and private industry clients. The firm averages $6M in annual revenue, with 50 employees based in the Cincinnati, OH, HQ and offices in Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Maryland, Rhode Island, Texas, and Virginia. Gray & Pape provides its clients with a diverse range of cultural heritage services: CRM/cultural heritage management, historic preservation and planning services, international cultural heritage requirements, maritime archaeology, and Tribal consultation/engagement. The DGP Program Manager is a cultural resource professional with 30 years of experience as a Program Manager for DoD clients. He is expert in managing all facets of cultural resources services, understands Navy mission, has over a decade of experience managing Joint Venture programs, and enjoys a prior working relationship with Gray & Pape.
