Dr. Patrick W. O’Bannon, Senior Manager History/Architecture Group
, is a recognized expert in historic preservation and cultural resources management with nearly 30 years of experience in the field. His skills as a historian and project manager have brought more than 500 cultural resources management projects throughout the United States to successful completion. O’Bannon has worked with numerous federal agencies and is expert in all facets of the Section 106 consultation process, with a particular strength in resources of technological, industrial, or engineering significance. He has managed large, indefinite-quantity contracts and is experienced in supervising work for multiple, simultaneous task orders.

Brandon L. McCuin (B.A. History, University of Georgia, M.A., Heritage Preservation, Georgia State University), Architectural Historian
, has worked in the historic preservation field for three years. Prior to joining Gray & Pape, Inc., he was involved with several National Register-related projects including the preparation of over 200 Georgia Historic Resources Survey forms for the Sweet Auburn and Martin Luther King, Jr., National Register Historic Districts in Atlanta, Georgia, as well as the preparation of a National Register Nomination for the City of Lithonia, Georgia. In 2002, Mr. McCuin prepared the historic context section for the National Heritage Area Nomination for the proposed Ocmulgee National Heritage Area located in Macon, Georgia. Mr. McCuin's coursework and experience has focused on community-level historic preservation planning and architectural survey. He is very knowledgeable about Midwestern architecture, and as Architectural Historian has conducted field survey and/or architectural documentation, and historical research for history/architecture-related projects in Ohio, Kentucky, Texas, Virginia, and Michigan.
