Ruth G. Myers, Director,
GIS/Electronic Mapping Department, has over 20 years
experience in American archaeology, with strong academic
training and extensive private sector contracting experience.
She has a B.A. in Anthropology from Indiana University (1979),
with a specialization in archaeology, has completed course
work for an M.A. in conservation archaeology from Southern
Illinois University at Carbondale, and is completing studies
for an M.A. in Geography at Miami University of Ohio. Ms.
Myers has extensive experience with geographic information
systems (GIS). In particular, she manages database design,
data collection, mapping and analysis for the cultural resources
aspects of the Millennium Pipeline Project GIS (400+ miles
in New York state). She has experience in implementation
of a variety of global positioning systems (GPS) for CRM
projects and has specialized training in geophysical investigation
methods (remote sensing), statistics, geomorphology, human
osteology and mortuary site analysis, lithic analysis, technical
writing and scientific illustration. Ms. Myers has worked
on projects in California, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky,
Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, North
Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Utah, Virginia, and West Virginia.

Madonna M. Ledford, Technical
Editor for Gray & Pape, Inc., since 1990, received in
1982 a B.A.
in Anthropology, with a concentration in Archaeology, from
Indiana University, Bloomington, Indiana. She has worked
in the field of archaeology since 1982 and has participated
in archaeological survey, resource evaluation, and data
recovery investigations in Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan,
Ohio, Virginia, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, New Jersey,
Utah and California. Ms. Ledford has authored over 25 CRM reports,
and has assisted in the editing and production of over 800
additional reports of cultural resources investigations.
Prior to joining Gray & Pape, Inc., Ms. Ledford worked for
Indiana University's Glenn A. Black Laboratory of Archaeology
as a field and laboratory technician, and later as a field
and laboratory supervisor. She also managed the Cultural
Resource Management Office and Records at the Laboratory.
Ms. Ledford manages the firms Technical Editing, and Graphic
Design services.

Casey L. Fagin, Graphic
Artist, is responsible for
the design and production of graphics to support technical
reports, interpretive displays, signs, and exhibits, using
a variety of traditional and computerized graphic techniques.
In addition to creating effective graphic images for CRM
reports, Mr. Fagin designed two publications (The Distiller's
Tale and 10,000 Years in Adams County) that received the
Ohio Historic Preservation Office's Public Education and
Awareness Award for outstanding public interpretation documents.
Mr. Fagin also was responsible for the design and layout
of two manuscript volumes published by the Ohio Archaeological
Council: A View From The Core: A Synthesis of Ohio Hopewell
Archaeology (1996) and Cultures Before Contact: The Late
Prehistory of Ohio and Surrounding Regions (2000). He also
recently designed the popular New York State Archaeology
Week poster "Millennium A Reflection of Time."
Prior to joining Gray & Pape, Inc., Mr. Fagin worked
as a signmaker and freelance graphic designer and illustrator,
completing over a hundred private and public commissions
between 1991 and the spring of 1996, including a complete
identity package (letterhead, business cards, and stationary)
for the Miami University Campus Center. In addition to his
expertise with commercial graphic arts, Mr. Fagin is an
accomplished illustrator and has completed numerous wildlife
illustrations for private clients.

Alice Roberts,
M.A., Indiana Branch Manager, is an archaeologist
with over 15 years experience in prehistoric and historic
archaeology. She has conducted numerous cultural resources
studies and impact assessments in the Mid-Atlantic and Midwest
of North America and Hawaii for compliance with Section
106 of the National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA) and
the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA). Ms. Roberts
has also conducted research on the policy making and application
of the Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation
Act (NAGPRA). She has authored over 50 technical reports
for Section 106 projects, and has prepared archaeological
and architectural resources sections of Environmental Impact
Statements.
