Race & Green Historic Tax Credits

Gray & Pape, Inc. completed Federal Historic Preservation Certification Applications for six buildings rehabilitated for federal historic preservation tax credits. The buildings, constructed between ca. 1875 to 1910 are contributing buildings in Cincinnati’s Over-the-Rhine Historic District. Gray & Pape worked with the property owner, architect, and the Ohio Historic Preservation Office to develop rehabilitation plans for each building. Work included photography, description of existing conditions, and description of proposed rehabilitation work. Gray & Pape also provided guidance on appropriate designs and materials. The National Park Service approved all six applications.
