Kevin Pape established Gray & Pape in 1986 and is a nationally recognized expert in cultural resource management, historic preservation, and contract archaeology. He is author of historic preservation planning documents and manager of archaeological data recovery investigations, including large-scale Section 106 and NEPA projects, and provides third-party quality control oversight to federal agencies and SHPOs for complex projects.
Currently, Kevin serves as Chair of Heritage Ohio, Inc., and previously held the office of President of the American Cultural Resources Association. He has served as Associate Editor for Cultural Resource Management for the Society for American Archaeology Bulletin and Chaired the Society’s Professional Development Committee. Kevin is a Trustee of the Over-the-Rhine Foundation and the Cincinnati Museum Center’s Natural History Advisory Board.
