Historic Preservation and Planning

Working across all offices and practice, Gray & Pape Historic Preservation & Planning staff promote the educational, cultural, and economic benefits of historic preservation through the interpretation of buildings, sites, structures, areas, and districts of historic significance and interest.

Federal and state agencies utilize these services to meet mitigation requirements through Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act. Municipalities, local agencies, and non-profit organizations effectively achieve community goals, such as community development, economic revitalization, and heritage tourism programs, by engaging our firm.
