Solar/Onshore Wind
Gray & Pape’s expertise includes a variety of solar farm projects and their associated transmission
lines in different states, each with distinct regulatory needs. The projects are wide ranging, from
literature searches in support of due-diligence efforts to avoid cultural resources, to multi-thousandacre
inventory surveys designed to identify and avoid cultural resources in the project area.
These projects have been driven by our clients need to comply with federal and state permitting
requirements, as well as by requests from Tribal entities that provide comments and input on
projects. Our solar and onshore wind projects have been completed across the Southeast, Midwest,
and Northeast United States.
