Amelia is being recognized for cooperation, positive attitude, client service & recognition, and special tasks/projects! Amelia has really stepped up to take over running our field projects, including a big project with large crews. We didn’t even have to throw her into the deep end of the pool, she dove right in. Amelia has admirable initiative, excellent organizational skills, and is an all-around nice human. It has been a long, hard field season with lots of bumps in the road and crazy weather (including two tornados!!), but she has gamely carried on. We are grateful for her positive attitude, skills, and excellent common sense. She has a true talent for creating order and calm out of chaos. Don’t know what we’d do without her!!! She is doing a remarkable job.
