Welcome, Chuck Goode we are ecstatic to have you join our team as a Senior Principal Investigator in our Mid-Atlantic office!
Chuck Goode has an M.A. in Anthropology from the Catholic University in Washington, D.C., where he trained under renowned Mid-Atlantic archaeologist Bill Gardner, and a B.A. in Anthropology from the American University in Washington, D.C. Chuck has almost 30 years of archaeological experience in the Mid-Atlantic region, and he specializes in Native American and Civil War archaeology, site formation processes, and soils. Most recently, he was the Principal Officer for the Virginia Department of Transportation’s Cultural Resources Services contract, and he has worked in over 75 of the counties and independent cities in Virginia. Outside of work, Chuck enjoys music of all types, cooking, hiking along the Potomac River, and backyard birdwatching.
