Cynthia is being recognized for cooperation, positive attitude, cost/time-saving measures, special tasks/projects, client service & recognition, and volunteerism.
Cynthia has not been with Gray & Pape very long, but in her short tenure has gone above and beyond to meet a range of project-related challenges. Most recently she took on additional geoarchaeology projects and responsibilities while conducting fieldwork and maintaining her own projects. She took on this new challenge with a positive attitude, asking questions as needed, and helped to ensure as smooth a transition as possible. She has suggested new and alternate methods for lab analyses in her technical project roles, as well as contributed her expertise to GIS deliverables. She meets challenges with a positive attitude and is a pleasure to work with.
