Here in the Northeast we are delighted announce that Linda Mackey will be joining Gray & Pape as a Senior Architectural Historian!
Linda comes to use with more than a decade of experience in the Survey and National Register Unit of the New York State Historic Preservation Office. In that capacity she reviewed a wide range of municipal, state, and federal projects, prepared determinations of eligibility, assisted communities with town- and city-wide historic property surveys, and provided guidance to non-specialists in the preparation of National Register nomination forms and documentation for Historic Tax Credit programs. As the Certified Local Government (CLG) Coordinator, she also provided training and support to municipalities formally designated as CLGs by the NPS. Before joining SHPO, Linda was an architectural historian with URS Corporation where she conducted large scale surveys and provided consultation services to federal agencies and private electric transmission line and gas pipeline clients.
Linda brings an outstanding mix of agency review and private consultant experience to Gray & Pape and will be an enormous asset to building an HA Practice profile in the NE office and growing that profile in the MA, MW, and SE offices.
